Optimi Learning is seeking dedicated Helpdesk Assistants for the Centurion-based Client Engagement team. Ideal candidates are deadline-driven with strong solution skills and excellent communication abilities to analyse and resolve queries.

Requirements include a client support certificate, Grade 12, MS Office proficiency, and fluency in Afrikaans and English plus another SA language. The role involves responding to queries, handling calls, troubleshooting, and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries promptly.
• Answer inbound calls timeously.
• Provide clients with accurate and concise feedback.
• Provide step by step assistance.
• Adhere to client support schedule and break schedule.
• Troubleshoot platforms.
• Assign tickets to the appropriate teams.
• Remain current with system information and updates.
• Assist colleagues with work overflow.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate in Client Support or similar.
• Grade 12
• Computer literacy: MS Suite (Word, Excel).
• Computer literacy: ZohoDesk or similar advantageous
• Fluent in Afrikaans & England (written and verbal) and one other official South African language.
  

DUTIES

• Respond to client queries timeously and effectively.
• Answer all inbound calls timeously.
• Provide clients with accurate and concise feedback.
• Provide step by step assistance.
• Adhere to client support schedule and break schedule.
• Troubleshooting of platforms.
• Assign tickets where applicable in line with relevant teams, categories and requirements.
• Remain current with all system information, changes, and updates.
• Assist collegues with work overflow.

This position is based in Centurion.
