Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably commercial real estate or B2B sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of commercial property types and market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and pursue leads proactively.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying and prospecting potential clients, including property owners and tenants/buyers.
• Market and list commercial properties with effective marketing strategies.
• Conduct property showings and site visits with detailed information on spaces.
• Negotiate lease agreements and sales contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of the market in Tembisa and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring service throughout the transaction.
• Prepare market analyses and property valuations to aid client decisions.
• Collaborate with internal team to close transactions and ensure client satisfaction.
