Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying and prospecting potential clients, including property owners and prospective tenants/buyers.
• Market and list commercial properties, developing effective marketing strategies to attract interest.
• Conduct property showings and site visits, providing detailed information on available spaces.
• Negotiate lease agreements and sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the commercial real estate market in Tembisa and surrounding areas, including pricing, vacancy rates, and new developments.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within commercial real estate, B2B sales, or a related field.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Tembisa region .
