Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in commercial real estate or related field.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of commercial property types (office, retail, industrial) and market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and pursue leads proactively.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying and prospecting potential clients, including property owners and prospective tenants/buyers.
• Market and list commercial properties, developing effective marketing strategies to attract interest.
• Conduct property showings and site visits, providing detailed information on available spaces.
• Negotiate lease agreements and sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the commercial real estate market in Tembisa and surrounding areas, including pricing, vacancy rates, and new developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the transaction process.
• Prepare market analysis reports and property valuations to assist clients in their decision-making.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth transaction closings and client satisfaction.
