Placements24 is seeking a driven Real Estate Sales Executive to represent a portfolio in the Tembisa region, Gauteng. You will build client relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and provide market insights to sellers while closing deals efficiently.

The role requires a recognised Real Estate qualification with current registration, proven sales success, and strong communication and negotiation capabilities. A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised Real Estate qualification and current professional registration.
• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the property industry.
• Strong understanding of property valuation methods and market dynamics in Tembisa.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload effectively.
• Possession of a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source new business by networking and following up on leads within the Tembisa market.
• Conduct property valuations and provide detailed market insights to sellers.
