Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Proven track record as a successful commercial property broker or salesperson.
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and estate agency qualifications (NQF4).
• In-depth knowledge of the Tembisa commercial market and its drivers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a diverse client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Identify and list commercial properties for sale or lease in Tembisa and surrounding areas.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for commercial properties.
• Conduct property showings and present properties to potential clients.
• Analyse market conditions and provide expert advice on pricing and negotiation.
