Placements24 is seeking a Commercial Property Broker in Cape Town to expand our brokerage team. You will engage with a high‑calibre client base, manage a diverse portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties, and close complex transactions within the Western Cape market.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and performing market analyses to deliver results in a competitive real estate landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property brokerage or related sales field.
• Strong understanding of Cape Town's commercial real estate market.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue leasing and sales opportunities in Cape Town's commercial market.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties.
• Market and present properties to prospective tenants and buyers.
• Negotiate lease and sales agreements with favourable terms.
• Build long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and professionals.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and market analyses for clients.
• Manage transactions from initial contact through closing.
• Stay updated on local market conditions and zoning regulations.
