Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably telecoms/technology.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions clearly.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
• Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential for candidates with significant relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and industry events.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate telecoms solutions, including voice, data, and managed services.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
