Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a driven Telecoms Sales Executive to join our busy commercial team in Rustenburg. You will identify new B2B opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals across mobile, broadband and cloud services.

This role rewards performance with an attractive base salary, uncapped commissions, bonuses, a company car allowance, and comprehensive medical and retirement benefits. You will work in a fast-paced telecom environment and report to the Commercial Manager.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of telecom products and services (mobile, broadband, cloud).
Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and grow revenue.
Identify and prospect potential clients, understand business needs, tailor solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet quotas.
Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
