Placements24 is seeking an ambitious Telecom Sales Representative to join the Rustenburg-based team. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities in the telecommunications sector and presenting tailored solutions to clients.

You will engage potential clients, build relationships, and work towards exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas. A base salary with uncapped commission is offered, along with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably tech/telecom.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach in the North West region.
• Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to understand telecom requirements.
• Present and demonstrate company products and services to potential customers.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet quotas.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery post-sale.
