Qualifications

• Matriculation or equivalent required.
• Technical qualification or certification in telecommunications, networking, or electronics.
• Minimum 3 years of broadband network operations or support experience.
• Proficient with DSL, VDSL, FTTH technologies.
• Experience with network testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Strong TCP/IP networking and routing knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage.

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of broadband service issues for residential and business customers.

Key Responsibilities
