You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and train a team of broadband technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of broadband services.
• Perform complex installations and repairs of fiber optic and coaxial cable networks, including splicing, termination, and testing.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced network issues, including signal degradation, equipment malfunction, and service outages.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports for new installations and network upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all field operations.
• Manage inventory of equipment and tools for the field team, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Act as a primary point of contact for escalated customer technical support issues.
• Develop and implement best practices for service delivery and team efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address emergency service disruptions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in broadband network installation and maintenance, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience with FTTH, FTTB, and HFC network technologies.
• Strong understanding of optical fiber splicing, termination, and testing procedures.
• Proficiency in using cable testers, OTDRs, and other relevant diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of telecommunications standards and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to work in various outdoor conditions and confined spaces.
