Edgexec (Pty) Ltd in South Africa seeks an experienced Regional Manager for Gauteng & Vaal or North-West, Free State & Northern Cape to lead regional sales, drive growth, strengthen client relationships and unlock new revenue across territories.

Reporting to the CEO, the Regional Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability and customer satisfaction within the allocated region, combining strategic planning with hands-on performance management and team development.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications or a related field.
• A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in telecommunications sales.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• A strong understanding of telecommunications products, services and market dynamics.
• A demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in sales forecasting, performance analysis and target management.
• Strong leadership, people management and team development capabilities.
• The ability to build and maintain customer relationships at a senior level.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• The ability to analyse market intelligence, identify competitive trends and translate insights into sales action.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement short- and long-term regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Establish sales targets, revenue forecasts, gross-profit plans and annual unit targets.
• Analyse market trends and sales results to identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies.
• Drive regional revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
• Develop field sales action plans and monitor key performance indicators to improve productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement appropriate recognition and reward initiatives.
• Engage key customers to understand changing needs, strengthen relationships and improve satisfaction.
• Monitor customer service quality and address escalated customer concerns promptly.
• Develop cross-selling and upselling initiatives to increase revenue from existing customers.
• Lead, mentor and support area managers across the allocated region.
• Equip sales teams with the guidance and tools needed to generate leads and close deals.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships and opportunities to expand market share.
• Support the rollout of new products, services and regional marketing initiatives.
• Promote collaboration, continuous development and strong sales performance across the region.
