Job summary

West Coast Personnel seeks a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive regional growth and sales performance. You will lead and coach a team, develop regional strategies, and expand dealer and partner networks across Gauteng.

With 6–8 years in sales/marketing within manufacturing, you will manage budgets, monitor service standards, and ensure compliance while delivering sustainable profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing Management or related field required.
• 6–8 years in sales and marketing within manufacturing or similar industry.
• At least 3 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, business development, and marketing practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SAP/ERP, and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with national objectives.
• Drive business growth through dealer acquisitions, partner expansion, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee and support Business Representatives to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor customer service standards, conduct site visits, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage relationships with regional partners and distributors, ensuring compliance with performance agreements.
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop plans to expand market share.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through performance appraisals and training plans.
• Participate in annual budgeting, monitor expenses, and pursue cost-efficiency initiatives.
