Edge Executive Search Group is seeking a Regional Manager for Gauteng & Vaal or North-West, Free State & Northern Cape. Lead regional sales, manage performance, forecast revenue and strengthen customer relationships across a defined territory.

You will oversee regional strategies, set targets, monitor results and drive revenue while delivering sustainable growth and high customer satisfaction. A results-driven leader with strong market insight is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 4–6 years' experience in telecommunications sales.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications products, services and market dynamics.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in sales forecasting, performance analysis and target management.
• Strong leadership, people management and team development capabilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at senior level.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to turn market intelligence into sales action.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement short- and long-term regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Establish sales targets, revenue forecasts, gross-profit plans and annual unit targets.
• Analyse market trends and sales results to identify gaps and corrective actions.
• Drive regional revenue growth and achievement of targets.
• Develop field sales action plans and monitor KPIs to improve productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement recognition and reward initiatives.
• Engage key customers to understand needs and strengthen relationships.
• Monitor customer service quality and address escalated concerns.
• Develop cross-selling and upselling initiatives to increase revenue from existing customers.
• Lead, mentor and support area managers across the region.
• Equip sales teams with guidance and tools to generate leads and close deals.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market share.
• Support rollout of new products, services and regional marketing initiatives.
• Promote collaboration and strong sales performance across the region.
