Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive telecom operations management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in high-pressure environments.
• In-depth knowledge of telecom network infrastructure, operations and service delivery models.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices for service management.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day telecom network operations and service delivery teams.
