The role emphasizes strategic planning, resource allocation, incident and change management, and collaboration with Sales, Support and Engineering to align goals and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive telecom operations management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in high-pressure environments.
• In-depth knowledge of telecom network infrastructure, operations and service delivery models.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices for service management.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day telecom network operations and service delivery teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve network performance, reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee incident, problem and change management processes.
• Coach and mentor the team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support and Engineering to align operational goals.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports on operational efficiency and service quality.
