Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years in telecom network operations, with 3+ years in management.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and security.
• Experience in 24/7 NOC operations and ITIL desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of network operations engineers and technicians.
• Oversee 24/7 monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the network infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability and performance, meeting SLAs.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices for the NOC.
• Manage incident response and problem management processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, customer support, and product management.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for tools and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security.
• Develop and manage the NOC operational budget.
• Report performance, incident trends, and metrics to senior management.
