Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and repairs using company systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or telecommunications is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Field Technician or in a similar hands‑on technical role.
• Solid understanding of copper and fiber optic cabling, basic networking principles, and telecom systems .
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
