Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Experience as a Field Technician or similar hands-on role.
• Solid understanding of copper and fiber optic cabling and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot customer premises equipment (CPE) including routers and modems.
• Perform telecom line installations and repairs, ensuring signal integrity.
• Respond to service calls and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on network infrastructure and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and work performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols during field operations.
