Job summary

Centurion Systems, part of FAAC Technologies Group, is seeking a Sales Consultant in the Cape Town region. You will build installer relationships, promote the Centurion product line, and support installations with technical guidance and field visits.

Responsibilities include training, CRM logging, and reporting on market trends. A vehicle and valid licence are required, with 3+ years in technical sales or field support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technical sales or field support roles.
• Familiarity with Centurion Systems products and applications.
• Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Stable internet connection for VoIP, remote meetings and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with installers in the Cape Town region and develop product knowledge.
• Act as a conduit between installers and Centurion service departments.
• Promote Centurion product and service offerings to installers and upsell where possible.
• Conduct site visits for installations, diagnostics and escalations.
• Provide technical guidance using product knowledge and document site outcomes.
• Deliver product training and support awareness campaigns in the field.
• Log all installer interactions in CRM and submit weekly strategy reports.
