Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to cover Centurion and surrounding Gauteng territories, building strong relationships with key clients and generating new business by presenting tailored solutions.

This hybrid role requires a proven sales track record, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage a portfolio across the Centurion region. A valid driver''s license is essential to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and proven closing success.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software for pipeline management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve revenue growth targets.
• Conduct regular site visits to existing and prospective clients to understand requirements and present solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing opportunities from lead generation to closing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.
