Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for specialized IT roles, including software developers, data scientists, cybersecurity experts, and cloud engineers.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and IT infrastructure.
• Partner closely with hiring managers at client companies to define technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize a range of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and industry-specific job boards.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline of highly skilled IT professionals for current and future opportunities.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends within the IT sector.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client's technical recruitment processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven ability to understand and articulate complex technical requirements.
• Familiarity with common IT programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with a strong online presence.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• A proactive and persistent approach to identifying and engaging passive candidates.
