Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Technical Recruitment Consultant to focus on manufacturing and engineering sectors in Paarl. The role operates on a hybrid model, offering a blend of office-based collaboration and remote flexibility within a supportive Western Cape team.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, source and screen candidates, negotiate offers and close placements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with a track record in technical or engineering roles.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering disciplines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Hybrid work model; based in or able to commute to Paarl, Western Cape.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment databases.
