You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding complex technical requirements to presenting top candidates and closing offers.

The role requires at least 3 years in technical recruitment, familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and a hybrid work arrangement in the Eastern Cape region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, HR or related field.
• At least 3 years in technical recruitment, agency experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for software, IT, and engineering roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their technical staffing needs and job specifications.
• Source candidates for software, mechanical, IT, and project management roles.
• Use job boards, networks, social media, and industry platforms to find talent.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines with regular updates and documentation.
• Facilitate interviews and coordinate offer negotiations between candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain a network of technical professionals in the Eastern Cape region.
