Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment consultancy experience in Tech/Engineering.
• Proven track record of placing candidates in technical and engineering roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Eastern Cape growth region.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess skills and fit.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in Port Elizabeth and environs.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from briefing to offer and placement.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and databases to identify candidates.
• Conduct market research on trends, salaries and competition.
• Prepare job adverts and candidate profiles to attract top applicants.
• Provide expert recruitment advice to clients on market insights and strategies.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a high-performance team.
