• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment consultancy with tech sector focus.
• Proven track record of placing candidates in technical roles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of technology sector clients and their recruitment needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for software developers, IT support, and network engineers.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand culture and requirements.
• Utilize sourcing strategies across job boards, social media and networks.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience throughout placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data in the database.
