Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to identify IT and Engineering talent for diverse clients in Port Elizabeth. You will proactively build talent pipelines, conduct initial screenings, and engage passive candidates to fill challenging roles.

You will collaborate with recruitment consultants, stay informed on market trends, and maintain accurate ATS records while delivering high-quality candidate experiences in a fast-paced contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in recruitment sourcing for IT/Engineering roles.
• Strong ability to conduct Boolean searches and use sourcing tools.
• Experience with ATS and professional networking platforms.
• Knowledge of IT and Engineering roles and market dynamics in SA.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IT and Engineering candidates using multiple channels.
• Screen candidates and build robust talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Collaborate with consultants and managers to understand role requirements.
• Engage passive candidates with compelling outreach and value propositions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and monitor market trends.
