Placements24 is seeking an IT Recruitment Consultant to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology roles in Port Elizabeth and the Eastern Cape. You will source, screen, interview, and place IT professionals, while building strong client relationships and advising on market trends.

The role requires strong IT knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience with ATS and IT sourcing platforms. Flexible remote options are available to support the Port Elizabeth team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven IT recruitment experience in a recruitment consultancy.
• Experience recruiting for developers, engineers and IT support.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Source, screen and interview IT professionals for various roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology clients.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from client engagement to offer.
• Utilise IT sourcing tools and networks to identify candidates.
• Provide market insights and advice on IT talent acquisition.
