Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Port Elizabeth region to lead sourcing and placement of engineering talent. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build client and candidate relationships, and contribute to the growth of the practice.

The role requires deep knowledge of engineering disciplines, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a flexible remote setting. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment with emphasis on technical/engineering sectors.
• Proven track record filling engineering/technical roles (mechanical, electrical, civil, software, chemical).
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, negotiation, and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and engineering roles.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies across channels.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from client brief to offer and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
