You will be responsible for understanding complex technical requirements, sourcing specialized talent, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to deeply understand their technical staffing needs and job specifications.
• Source candidates for a wide range of technical roles, including software engineers, mechanical engineers, IT support, and project managers.
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals in the Eastern Cape region.
• Stay updated on technological trends and the local talent market to provide informed advice.
• Facilitate interviews between candidates and clients and manage the offer negotiation process.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for roles such as software developers (.NET, Java, Python), network engineers, IT administrators, and mechanical/electrical engineers.
• Strong understanding of technical jargon, tools, and platforms relevant to IT and engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical professionals effectively.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the Port Elizabeth employment market is advantageous.
