Job summary

Manpower Sa (Pty) Ltd is hiring an Internal Sales Person for the East Rand branch. The role supports customers through the sales cycle from product advice and quotations to orders and deliveries.

It requires technical sales experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work with SAP and ZOHO CRM, in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be fluent in English and Afrikaans, possess Matric/Grade 12, and have at least 2 years in a technical sales setting.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a technical sales environment.
• Experience in internal/counter sales or customer-facing sales beneficial.
• Excellent English and Afrikaans communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers telephonically, via digital platforms and at the counter.
• Prepare and process quotations, orders, pricing, and customer information.
• Capture and process customer orders on SAP and update CRM records.
• Provide sales support and product information to customers and External Sales.
• Maintain customer database and generate daily sales/operational reports.
