Job summary

Milton Resourcing is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for our Welkom branch. The role focuses on developing and maintaining key customer relationships, identifying needs, and delivering hydraulic and pneumatic solutions with technical guidance.

You will prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales while coordinating with internal teams to ensure project delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong technical sales background, resides in or near Welkom, holds a Matric, a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Hydraulic/Pneumatics sales environment.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Own reliable vehicle (essential).
• Must reside in or around the Welkom area.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Higher Technical Qualification will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of SYSPRO ERP will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable hydraulic and pneumatic solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and conclude sales agreements.
• Provide technical product advice and support to customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and grow the customer portfolio.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
• Prepare and process sales contracts and orders.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and successful project delivery.
