Job summary

Milton Resourcing is recruiting a Technical Sales Representative for its Welkom branch. The role focuses on driving hydraulic and pneumatic sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering technical product support.

The successful candidate will identify customer needs, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in hydraulic/pneumatic sales.
• Valid driver’s licence is required.
• Own reliable vehicle is essential.
• Must reside in or around Welkom area.
• MS Office proficiency is expected.
• Higher Technical Qualification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SYSPRO ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend hydraulic/pneumatic solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Provide technical product advice and support to customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and grow the customer portfolio.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
• Prepare and process sales contracts and orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and project delivery.
