Job summary

ScalableOS is seeking a skilled TA Specialist (Technical) to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. You will identify and engage top candidates, conduct screen interviews, and assess technical capabilities, ensuring a strong fit with our team and projects.

The role requires excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers, ability to manage multiple openings, and knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar HR role.
• Knowledge of outsourcing/MSP environments preferred.
• Strong network across tech roles and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential candidates across sourcing channels.
• Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess fit.
• Review resumes and technical qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment data and tracking systems.
