Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to build an elite, fast moving team. You own the hiring process from intake to offer, partnering with leadership to find top talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

This role rewards a recruiter’s instinct, the chase of passive candidates, and a visible impact every day. You will source across Latin America, South Africa and beyond, maintain a warm bench, and keep a data-driven ATS pipeline and hiring managers informed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting in tech, digital, or creative industries.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Own the full cycle from intake call to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across LATAM, South Africa, and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, respectful candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers in the loop.
