Telon is an AI-native services company transforming legal tech into measurable business results. We’re hiring an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to own growth end to end, with a sourcing-led approach and a global footprint.

You’ll recruit across client-facing consultants, technical and engineering roles, and legal positions, with much of the work remote and international. You’ll hire for long-term fit and move quickly with hiring managers.

THE ROLE

We are hiring aggressively over the next twelve months and need an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to own that growth end to end. This is a sourcing-led role for someone who builds pipelines proactively and closes quickly.

You will recruit across very different profiles, from client-facing consultants to technical and engineering hires and legal roles, much of it remote and international. Experience sourcing talent across markets such as LATAM and Europe for a distributed, US-facing team would fit us perfectly, and you will always hire for long-term fit, not just skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong sourcing and pipeline-building track record.
• Experience recruiting technical and engineering talent, alongside client-facing and/or legal roles.
• A track record hiring remote, international talent (e.g. across LATAM and Europe) for a distributed team.
• Comfort with high-volume, fast-paced hiring and short times-to-close.
• A relationship-led, structured and self-directed approach to sourcing.
