You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, conduct rigorous assessments, and advise hiring managers on market trends. A strong network and excellent negotiation skills are essential for success in this dynamic consultancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in technical recruitment, with a focus on IT or engineering roles.
• Proven ability to source niche technical talent in a competitive market.
• Solid understanding of technical domains, programming concepts, and IT trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including software development, engineering, and IT infrastructure.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract skilled professionals.
• Conduct candidate assessments, including technical screenings and behavioral interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with technical candidates and industry experts.
