Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience, with a technology focus.
• Proficient in modern recruitment tools and sourcing methodologies.
• Understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for technical roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT managers.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications and team dynamics.
• Utilize sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Manage candidate pipelines, provide updates to clients, and coordinate interviews.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
