• 3+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies and programming languages.
• Proven ability to source technical talent through multiple channels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and business needs.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Eligible to work in South Africa.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen, and interview IT professionals for a wide range of technical roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the technology sector.
