Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead technology recruitment efforts in Johannesburg. You will manage the full lifecycle, source top IT professionals, and build strong client relationships to deliver high-caliber candidates.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other tools to exceed placement targets, while contributing to market insights and strategy in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment with a strong focus on technology roles.
• Proven track record of meeting targets in a competitive market.
• In-depth knowledge of IT roles, stacks, and skills.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles.
• Source, engage, and shortlist top IT professionals.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and understand needs.
• Screen candidates with interviews, tech assessments, and references.
• Provide market insights on salaries and hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with team to share market intelligence.
• Meet and exceed placement targets and KPIs.
• Develop a strong candidate pipeline for in-demand tech specialisations.
