Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience in IT
• Strong knowledge of IT disciplines and tech stacks
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Based in Polokwane or able to commute

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of IT & Technology clients and recruit for diverse tech roles
• Source, screen and interview candidates for software, systems, and data roles
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media and networks
• Provide market insight and guidance on IT talent and compensation
