Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience focused on technology roles.
• Proven ability to recruit for software development, cybersecurity, data science, and cloud roles.
• Strong knowledge of Gauteng IT market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate placement.
• Develop strong relationships with technology companies in Pretoria and the wider Gauteng area.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract top IT talent.
• Conduct detailed technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Provide expert advice to clients on IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and their impact on the job market.
• Contribute to team targets and the overall success of the technology recruitment division.
