This role requires a proven track record in IT/Tech recruitment, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and the ability to develop lasting partnerships with clients and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant in IT/Tech.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment CRM and ATS.
• Degree in HR/Business is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth client needs assessments and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across IT/Tech disciplines.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking and market engagement.
• Manage client relationships, provide expert advice, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for placed candidates.
• Stay abreast of market trends and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to business development and expand the client portfolio.
• Achieve and exceed personal and team recruitment targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment legislation and best practices.
