You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build client relationships, and leverage cutting-edge tools in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy with a proven track record in placing candidates in technology roles.
• Experience in business development and managing client relationships.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of various IT and technology domains.
• Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team.
• Proficient in using recruitment databases and software.

• Develop and implement sourcing plans to attract high-caliber tech candidates.
• Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks for fit.
