Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Technical Recruitment Consultant based in Paarl, Western Cape, operating on a hybrid model. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles in manufacturing and engineering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations to secure strong placements.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in technical recruitment, strong client relationship skills, and proficiency with ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical or engineering sectors.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for technical roles in manufacturing and engineering.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
• Source, attract and screen high-calibre candidates through various channels.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful placement of candidates.
• Provide market insights and advice to clients on technical talent availability and compensation.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for future opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in manufacturing and engineering.
• Achieve and exceed individual recruitment and revenue targets.
