Qualifications

• Understanding of engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical) and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define technical role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks to identify engineering and manufacturing talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical qualifications and fit.

• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment.
