Responsibilities

• Source and screen engineering candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and networks.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
• Manage candidate experience and provide timely feedback throughout the process.
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and manage offers.
• Build relationships with engineering professionals and industry stakeholders.
• Stay updated on engineering market trends and salary benchmarks.
• Hit individual and team placement targets and client satisfaction goals.
• Contribute to growth of the engineering recruitment practice through business development.
