Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist with a focus on Talent Acquisition to join our Randburg, Gauteng team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, source top talent through diverse channels, and partner with hiring managers to craft effective hiring plans.

The role requires 3+ years in TA, strong interviewing and communication skills, and proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment; corporate environment preferred.
Experience with ATS and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment cycle from posting to offer negotiation.
Develop sourcing strategies across channels (social media, job boards, networking).
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment plans.
Conduct candidate assessments and interviews for skills, experience, and culture fit.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Update ATS with candidate information and progress.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Generate recruitment reports and analyze key metrics.
