The role supports a remote-friendly consultancy environment, emphasizing end-to-end recruitment for engineers, geologists, and operations leaders in a growing client base.

You will build talent pipelines, advise clients on market trends and compensation, and manage candidate relations with a proactive, results-driven approach

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in mining/resources or heavy industry sectors.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and online sourcing tools; ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with South Africa recruitment practices and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for mining and resources roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and operational positions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with mining clients and understand project needs.
• Screen and interview candidates, assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and compensation.
